Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any PidoCloud service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

PidoCloud provides web hosting, domain registration, bulk SMS, and related services. Services are provided on a best-effort basis subject to the SLAs defined in individual service agreements.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, all activity under your account, and ensuring your use of services complies with applicable Kenyan law.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use PidoCloud services for illegal activities, spam, phishing, distributing malware, or any activity that harms other users or degrades service quality for others.

5. Payment

All fees are due in advance. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension. Prices are in KES and inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Termination

PidoCloud may suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with 30 days notice (except in cases of serious violations).

7. Limitation of Liability

PidoCloud's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved in Nairobi courts.
