PidoCloud offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all shared hosting and WordPress hosting plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact support for a full refund.

Eligible Products

  • Shared cPanel Hosting — 30-day money-back guarantee
  • WordPress Hosting — 30-day money-back guarantee
  • VPS and Dedicated Servers — pro-rata refund within 7 days of first payment only
  • Domain Registrations — non-refundable once registered
  • Bulk SMS Credits — non-refundable once used

How to Request a Refund

Open a support ticket in your client area at hostpido.co.ke/clients with the subject "Refund Request". Include your invoice number and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Domain registrations and renewals
  • Used SMS credits
  • Requests made after the eligible refund period
